Architect Making Paper Collage

Over the shoulder photograph of an architect at a honed sandstone table outdoors at magic hour in Sag Harbor, working on a large architectural collage on vellum. The collage depicts a museum hilltop arrival plaza Getty Center inspired with gridded white pavilions, curved walls, broad travertine steps, café umbrellas, planters with trees, and dozens of small figures. Collage layers cut and torn printed renderings, fine pen and ink linework, soft graphite shading, and drafting tape. Nearby: ink bottle, technical pens, clutch pencil, scalpel, graphite smudged fingers. His hand places a cut paper figure onto the plaza. Closed laptop pushed aside; slice of wild cherry pie on Bouroullec designed china soft focused at frame edge. Blurred travertine wall and Gaggenau oven in background. Warm raking low sun, visible paper texture, 35mm film grain, shallow depth of field, editorial architecture magazine photography. --profile z5c6kye --v 8.2
