Whimsical Cat on Roof

Create a high-definition, whimsical illustration of a chubby black and white cat with a red collar and bell, sitting on the red-tiled roof of a small rustic building. The cat is basking in the sunlight, eyes closed, and smiling contentedly. Surrounding the roof are vibrant yellow flowers and greenery, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. The background should depict a quaint countryside scene with additional flowers and foliage. Ensure the image is in a 3:4 aspect ratio, maintaining a bright and lighthearted color palette --ar 3:4
