Anime Oil S-Curve View

In the style of Japanese anime, imagine an aerial view of oil in water. The thick orange and black liquid is seen floating on top of dark blue or grayish waters. It forms a large S-shaped pattern with its center point located at about half way down from where it begins to flow upwards towards us. This scene conveys both beauty and environmental challenges as if you were looking directly up into space.
