How the AI avatar part of this AI ad was made. First was building the base avatar, this was done using Nano Banana Pro. I used a JSON prompt for this. Don't get overwhelmed by these they are super simple to rip from other images and then alter a little (I'll do a post showing how). Once I had the image I took it over to HeyGen and put it through their Image to Video model. The Voice. This is the tricky part and what really gives AI ads away imo. For this I used a custom ElevenLabs voice model, it's still not great, however better than the stock standard voices that HeyGen offers. I am currently playing around with the Google AI Studio voice model which is starting to look promising.
